SAFETY
Being entrusted with the valuable goods brings the responsibility of ensuring highest levels of precaution and creating well-rounded protection plans.
- Regular mock fire drills carried out with employees
- Evacuation plan in place during emergency
- Fire fighting and first aid training given to staff
- PPE to be worn by all employees (safety shoes / goggles and masks) handling hazardous and non hazardous cargoes
- Incident/near miss reporting culture introduced
- Only licensed and trained personnel authorized to drive VNA and Forklift machines.
- Authorized and trained staff to handle DG cargoes
Our facility is regulated by the Dubai government’s Environment, Health and Safety arm. In keeping with the authority, we have ensured the following safety precautions are maintained.
- 3rd party Security – all warehouse personnel checked before they leave facility.
- CCTV – 295 Cameras monitoring the office, warehouse and compound of the facility.
- Access control, restricting access of unauthorized personnel into the warehouse.
- Fire exits clearly marked and monitored with alarms.
- First aid boxes located in various parts of the warehouse and office.
- In rack sprinklers and FM200 technology equipped in the warehouses in case of chemical fires.
- House keeping check list in place to ensure cleanliness.
- Facility connected with 24/7 civil defence monitoring device.
- Pest control contract in place.
- Fire fighting contract in place for maintenance of equipment.
- Distinctive classification and disposal of waste / waste. handling.
